1. Your personal data and what we use it for

We process your personal data, which may include but not limited to your name, contact details, phone numbers, location details such as postcode, and customer surveys and offers for the purposes of:

  • We may share the information with our associate group companies in order to improve the goods and services we provide.
  • We may share the information with our other third party business partners which may include the NHS Business Services Authority and other relevant NHS Local Authorities for the provision and payment of the services which we provide.

We hold your information for a period of 6 years from the date of supply of goods to you in accordance with the Limitation Act 1980 or as long as is reasonably necessary in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 the UK General Data Protection Regulation and any subsequent UK data protection legislation.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We may need to transfer your information outside the United Kingdom to other service providers and business partners.
